Baydhir BADJOKO is the Founder and CEO of The Consultants bv, a boutique advisory firm based in Antwerp, Belgium. He has built the firm around an integrated approach combining bespoke buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory with growth strategy, business model optimization and post-acquisition value creation. 

His approach goes beyond transaction execution. The focus is on identifying the right opportunities, structuring them effectively and creating measurable value before, during and after a transaction. 

Baydhir holds a Master’s degree in Economic Engineering from the University of Grenoble and has completed executive education at Cambridge Judge Business School and IIM Ahmedabad, combining a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on experience across international markets.
